Nutrition and physical activity are the main factors for healthy aging and to minimize the health risks that may occur due to age by various methods. According to the 2002 report of the World Health Organization (WHO), sedentary life causes 1.9 million deaths per year worldwide.
Sedentary life causes approximately 10-16% of breast cancer, colon cancer and diabetes cases and 22% of heart diseases worldwide. There are 4 basic areas in which individuals can be physically active during the day. These;
Transportation (walking, cycling, etc.)

With age, nutritional health problems can occur, the level of physical activity decreases, and sedentary life is more common, especially among women.
